Kevin responded a half hour after I sent one email and we met the next day to look at my mothers home which we had to sell after 47 years. He was taking the next couple days off and promised me I would have the market analysis that night prior to his leaving. It's not that I didn't believe him, I just have been let down enough in my business that I knew he had enough excuses to use the next day saying why he didn't get to it. I received it 9pm that night and it was very detailed, not just random comps with no explanation. He detailed each one, explained why it was a good comp, had pictures and then listed his overall plan of what he would list the home for. We relied on his expertise and listed it for what he said and had an offer in 4 days. He and his team helped us through the inspection process of a 70 year home which, of course, had its obstacles. They have a wealth of knowledge along with contactor recommendations for work that needed to be done, but they were not pushy about using their contacts. Kristen, his closing coordinator, responded to every email within an hour which is very helpful since much of the detail is time sensitive. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Clancy and will be sure to use again if the need arises and plan on telling friends and family to do the same.

Kevin provided us from the onset a knowledge of the market place and where our home fit in. He explained that an 1890 Victorian (also on the State and National Historic Registers) wouldn't appeal to just anyone. One of his competitors, with whom we chose not to do business, was rather dismissive of the house and came armed with comparable sales that were anything but comparable to this magnificent home. Kevin took the time to study and value our house. We came very close at the end, to our asking price. My only regret is that Clancy Real Estate had to split the commission with another well known agency.
