We have used Kevin Clancy twice and will never use anyone else. His associate Karen Heath was so helpful in our extensive search for a new home. We asked for a unicorn of a home and Karen Heath made that a reality for us. We are in our dream home, and got a great deal thanks to Karen.

Kevin provided us from the onset a knowledge of the market place and where our home fit in. He explained that an 1890 Victorian (also on the State and National Historic Registers) wouldn't appeal to just anyone. One of his competitors, with whom we chose not to do business, was rather dismissive of the house and came armed with comparable sales that were anything but comparable to this magnificent home. Kevin took the time to study and value our house. We came very close at the end, to our asking price. My only regret is that Clancy Real Estate had to split the commission with another well known agency.
